Our hot sit down meal program serves a nutritious, multicourse meal three days a week, 52 weeks a year and is prepared under the direction of our Kitchen Manager of over 20 years.  What began in 1982 as a Monday night potluck for 50 people now require the talents of over 100 volunteers who come from all over Summit County to serve!  In order to so this we utilize one commercial-grade kitchen, one van, three community dining rooms, and a countless number wonderful volunteers.  It all adds up to over 12,500 meals annually, served in an environment of encouragement and respect.

Our grocery bag program distributes nutritionally balanced bags of food two days a week, 52 weeks a year.  Each person receiving a bag of food also receives a 32 oz. container of delicious homemade soup made that day by our Kitchen Manager and volunteer staff.  This program gives away thousands of bowls of soup annually.  (That is a lot of homemade soup!).
